Reminder: <\/strong>Only Workspace proprietors or site supervisors are able to store sites. All Workspace collaborators are considered as site supervisors by default on the Core and Freelancer Workspace packages. Site-specific roles and authorities (which may encompass the ability to restrict site storing) become accessible on Growth, Agency, and Enterprise Workspace packages. More details on Workspace roles and authorities can be found here.<\/h6>\n

If you wish to store a site you no longer wish to have on your Dashboard, it can be done easily. When you store a site, the site is taken offline and eradicated from your Dashboard, while the site\u2019s subdomain is reserved. Prior to storing a site, you will need to terminate the site\u2019s active Site subscription or transfer it to another site within your Workspace (if applicable). Refunds are not provided for terminated Site subscriptions.<\/p>\n

Reminder: <\/strong>Stored sites do not impact your unhosted site quota according to your Workspace package.<\/h6>\n

You can store your site either from your Dashboard or the Site settings.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> It is not possible to store a site with an active Site subscription. In such a case, you must revert to a Starter Site subscription (i.e., terminate the paid Site subscription) or transfer the Site subscription to another site within your Workspace prior to storing. Refunds are not provided for terminated Site subscriptions. Additionally, the subdomain of a stored site remains reserved. If you wish to use the subdomain of the stored site for a different site in the future, modify the subdomain prior to storing.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To store a site from your Dashboard:<\/p>\n

  1. Access your Dashboard<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Tap on the \u201c3 dots<\/strong>\u201d underneath your site\u2019s thumbnail<\/li>\n
  3. Select Store<\/strong> from the options<\/li>\n
  4. Input your site name for confirmation<\/li>\n
  5. Press Store site<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To store a site from Site settings:<\/p>\n

    1. Open your Site settings<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Click on the \u201cfile box<\/strong>\u201d icon in the top bar<\/li>\n
    3. Enter your site name for confirmation<\/li>\n
    4. Press Store site<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
