By employing site-tailored entry, Administrators and proprietors of Workspaces can regulate the sites accessible by team members within their Workspace(s). This grants you extra oversight on site entry, especially for independent workers, service providers, collaborators with commenting privileges, or guests in the Workspace. Furthermore, proprietors of agencies can utilize site-tailored entry to restrict the sites visible in a colleague’s Workspace \u2014 thereby diminishing distractions or safeguarding confidential sites.<\/p>\n

Important: <\/strong>Exclusive access to specific sites is solely offered in Enterprise, Agency, or Freelancer Workspace plans<\/a>.<\/h6>\n

    3. Select the sites to include them in from the Add to sites<\/strong> dropdown<\/li>\n

        2. Select the site entry from the dropdown (e.g., \u201cRestricted to Workspace admins and specifically designated persons\u201d or \u201cOpen to all in the Workspace\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          Important:<\/strong> If you set site entry to \u201cRestricted to Workspace admins and specifically designated persons,\u201d you can add team members to the site by following these instructions. <\/h6>\n

          If you wish to grant a team member access to a site with restricted entry:<\/p>\n

          3. Select a team member from the Team<\/strong> dropdown list<\/li>\n
          4. Assign a Role<\/strong> for the site and specify Publishing permissions<\/strong> as required<\/li>\n

            You have the capability to simultaneously set site entry for all the sites in your workspace:<\/p>\n

            2. Tap on Update all sites<\/strong><\/li>\n

              If a team member lacks access to a site, they will be unable to:<\/p>\n

              • Be tagged in a comment<\/li>\n
              • Be acknowledged in the site\u2019s Creator Credits<\/li>\n
              • View a directory if access is unavailable for any sites within it<\/li>\n
              • Install Applications on sites they have restricted access to<\/li>\n
