Scheduled publication enables you to prepare content releases in advance and have them automatically pushed live. This functionality is exclusively accessible on Hosted CMS, Business, and Ecommerce Plans.
During this instructional session:
- Generate a new Collection item
- Set a timeframe for the publication of your Collection item
- Cancel and reschedule your Collection item

Generate a new Collection item
Within the Designer, select your CMS Collection, tap the + Add new button to form a new item, and complete the necessary fields.
Set a timeframe for your Collection item to be published
Press the arrow beside the Generatebutton, select Schedule from the dropdown list, and modify the date and time (relative to the site’s set time zone).
Your final step is to tap the Schedulebutton.
And just like that, your post is all set to be published on schedule!
Cancel and reschedule your Collection item
You have the option to cancel items by saving them as drafts or staging them for future publication. If something is already scheduled but hasn’t been published, you can opt to save it and reschedule it.
To perform this action:
- Select the item from the collection list in the Designer
- Tap Save and maintain schedule from the upper right corner
- Select Save and reschedule from the dropdown.
