Frequently asked queries
Are Webflow subscriptions automatically renewed?
Paid Webflow subscriptions are automatically renewed at the conclusion of each payment cycle (e.g., each month or each year). Hence, upon subscribing to a paid plan, you automatically trigger a recurring payment for that plan.
Can I halt the automatic renewal of a plan?
Indeed, you can halt the automatic renewal of a plan. Here’s how it works for:
- Workspace subscriptions
- Site subscriptions
Workspace subscriptions
You can terminate the automatic renewal of a paid Workspace plan by switching your paid plan to a complimentary Starter Workspace plan at any moment. The paid Workspace plan will continue until the end of its billing term.
Site subscriptions
You can cease the automatic renewal of a paid Site plan by reverting your paid plan to a complimentary Starter Site plan. Reverting to a Starter Site plan will promptly terminate the hosting and unpublish your site.
What does an open invoice status imply?
If you check an invoice for either a Workspace plan or a Site plan, you can verify its status. An “open” status indicates the invoice is concluded and awaits your payment.
A “paid” status denotes that you have successfully settled that invoice.
Worth noting: If a payment was attempted but failed, the invoice will persist in displaying an “open” status.
Can I erase my Webflow account?
You must reach out to customer support to delete your Webflow account. Delve deeper into deleting your account.
Essential: All paid Site plans and paid Workspace plans must be annulled to delete your account.
Does Webflow offer reimbursements?
Typically, we do not provide reimbursements (refer to section 8 of our Terms of Service) and we do not automatically issue an account credit for unused time on a paid Site plan that has been switched to a Starter Site plan. Gain more insights on proration and reimbursements.
