  1. General
  2. Team
  3. Subscription
  4. Payments
  5. Applications & Integrations
  6. Layouts

General

To enter the General configurations, navigate to your Dashboard and select General on the left panel. Here, you have the option to modify your Workspace’s name, upload an image to replace the default Workspace icon, choose a default Workspace for display upon login, or archive your Workspace.

Team

Tap on Team in the left column to observe the constituents of your Workspace and the number of seats allocated. You can also include or exclude members and adjust their Workspace-level authorizations. Explore more about Workspace roles and permissions.

Subscription

Select Subscription on the left menu to check your ongoing Workspace subscription. There are two tabs for Workspace subscriptions: For internal teams and For freelance professionals & agencies. Click on a tab to select a Workspace subscription that aligns with your requirements, or scroll down to assess a comprehensive comparison of subscription features. From here, you have the option to upgrade, downgrade, or modify the billing cycle of your Workspace subscription.

If you possess sites without hosting in your Workspace, proceed to the page’s bottom to locate a segment that facilitates prompt addition of a Site subscription to any of your unhosted sites. Choose a site from the dropdown menu and click Visit site to access the site’s Site configurations > Subscription tab, where you can append a Site subscription to that site.

Payments

Press on Payments in the left column to review the expense and billing frequency of your current Workspace subscription, along with the number of seats in your Workspace. You can also inspect and refresh your payment card in Payment settings. Gain further insight into Workspace billing and invoices.

Applications & Integrations

Click on Applications & Integrations in the left panel to regulate your Applications and third-party integrations in the subsequent sections:

  • Adobe typography
  • Workspace Applications (e.g., registered applications you’ve generated)
  • Connected Applications (i.e., third-party Applications granted access to your Workspace and/or site data)
  • Marketing automation integrations (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)

Layouts

Choose Layouts in the left column to explore all specifics linked to layouts in the following segments:

  • Shared Workspace layouts — shows any sites established to be utilized as a shared Workspace layout
  • Purchased layouts — exhibits a roster of your purchased layouts and their associated details. You can observe their purchase prices and download the invoice for each layout. Additionally, you can browse Webflow’s layout marketplace.

Expand your understanding about Webflow layouts.
