Translucency

Use opacity to change the transparency level of elements to create unique visual effects.

Adjusting the translucency of an element impacts the clearness level of this element and all its descendants.

Discover more about translucency and alternative effects.

Translucency can also be modified for a color of a particular style property, such as a background color or border color. This can be handy if you wish to implement transparency to a specific style property without influencing its descendant elements.

Establishing hover effects

You have the ability to utilize the translucency property to craft hover effects:

  1. Pick Hover from the available states
  2. Assign an Opacity value in the Effects area of the Styles panel.
  3. Revert to the None state
  4. Incorporate a Transition to refine the effect
