If you no longer wish to see a Workspace on your Dashboard, you have the option to save it. Only Workspace owners have the ability to save a Workspace.
By saving a Workspace:
- The Workspace will be taken off your Dashboard
- All sites in that Workspace will be saved
- The Workspace subscription (if applicable) will be terminated. No refunds will be provided for a Workspace plan that is canceled due to a saved Workspace
- All Site subscriptions for sites in that Workspace will be terminated. No refunds will be provided for Site plan(s) that are canceled due to a saved Workspace
- All sites in that Workspace will be privately stored
To save a Workspace:
- Find the Workspaces dropdown menu and select it
- Choose Manage Workspaces from the dropdown
- Locate the “three dots” icon beside the Workspace you wish to save
- Opt for Save Workspace
If you want to undo saving your Workspace, please get in touch with customer support. Keep in mind that you will need to re-invite all Workspace members after saving a Workspace.
