Terminate your Webflow account

If you wish to eradicate your Webflow account, please be advised that this action will eliminate all your unreleased and released Webflow sites, your Workspace(s), and your account details. To completely remove your account, you will have to reach out to customer support. However, you can accelerate the process by adhering to the guidelines below.

Note: Once an account is deleted, along with its associated Workspaces and sites, there is no way to retrieve them as they are permanently erased.

In case you are the sole Owner of a single Workspace, use these steps to erase your account:

1. Terminate all site subscriptions
2. Downgrade your Workspace plan to the complimentary Starter plan
3. Contact support and provide them with the name of your Workspace

For those who own multiple Workspaces, execute the following actions to delete your account:

1. End all site subscriptions
2. Eject all members from every Workspace under your ownership
3. Contact support and inform them about each Workspace you possess
