Restrict Assortment Roster

Limit the number of items in Collection lists.

By default, a roster exhibits 100 entries from the associated assortment. You can determine the total count of entries to be shown by setting an item restriction. Enabling pagination allows displaying more than 100 entries. Restricting entries can be managed in the Roster settings within the Component options panel (D).

Imposing a limit on the entries of a roster

You also have the ability to regulate the number of entries to be displayed within a given assortment roster.

  1. Pick the assortment roster
  2. Verify restrict entries in Component options (D)
  3. Determine how many entries to exhibit

You can exhibit up to 100 entries for assortment rosters without pagination. For displaying more, activate pagination. To showcase all items in your assortment roster, leave the exhibit field empty.

Designating the primary entry in a roster

  1. Utilize multiple assortment rosters on the page and designate the initial entry for those rosters, as follows:
  • Clone your assortment roster
  • Select the new roster appearing below the original roster
  • Specify the Start from value as 101. Repeat if the assortment has over 200 items.
